A great city, in an indeterminate past. A totalitarian regime exercises power. The borders are closed. The economic recession prevails. Vincent, a frustrated young man, very introverted, lives alone with his mother, a bitter and suffocating old woman. He is crazy about his upstairs neighbor, Alma, to whom he has never spoken.
