Z365" or "Festival all year round" is the new strategic point of the Festival in which converge investigation, accompaniment and development of new talents (Ikusmira Berriak, Nest); training and cinematic knowledge transfer (Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, Zinemaldia + Plus, Filmmakers' dialogue); and investigation, disclosure and cinematic thought (Z70 project, Thought and Discussion and Research and publications).
Isona Admetlla (Barcelona) is a sociologist and a cultural manager, settled in Berlin since 2001. She is the coordinator of the Berlinale-World Cinema Fund, a consultant at the TorinoFilmLab and coordinator of the #LAB de Novos Cinemas. Since 2017, she has been a member of the selection committee and tutor of the MAFF at the Malaga Festival.
As a freelancer, she designs training programmes including workshops, meetings and consultancies in fields such as financing and audience design, both in the academic and film industry spheres. She also participates as a jury member and assessor of projects in Spain, Latin America and at global level.
Trained at the EAVE and TFL, she directs consultancies for film projects, training future audience designers and working with groups on gaining strength and connecting with audiences in several international programmes.
Worthy of note amongst her consultancies are those of Brief History of a Family (2024, China), premiered at Sundance and the Berlinale 2024, and All We Imagine as Light (Perlak, 2024, India), Grand Jury Prize at Cannes 2024.
