Z365" or "Festival all year round" is the new strategic point of the Festival in which converge investigation, accompaniment and development of new talents (Ikusmira Berriak, Nest); training and cinematic knowledge transfer (Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, Zinemaldia + Plus, Filmmakers' dialogue); and investigation, disclosure and cinematic thought (Z70 project, Thought and Discussion and Research and publications).
Ricardo Aldarondo (San Sebastian) has a Degree in Information Science. He has worked as a film and music critic, and as the Culture writer in El Diario Vasco from 1986 to 2020.
He is a regular contributor to the magazines Dirigido Por, Rockdelux and Nosferatu, and has been a critic in Fotogramas. Since 2020 he directs and presents the podcast Discos Mon Oncle.
At the San Sebastian Festival he has been a member of the management and selection committee (2000-2009), as well as head of press (2008-2009).
He is author of the books Doctor Zhivago / La fiera de mi niña (1997), La condesa descalza / Perdición (2000), Robert Wise (2005) and Películas clave del cine de aventuras (2008), and co-writer of the exhibition Backstage: Get In 1991-2021.
He has collaborated in anthology books such as Merian C. Cooper y Ernest B.
