Z365" or "Festival all year round" is the new strategic point of the Festival in which converge investigation, accompaniment and development of new talents (Ikusmira Berriak, Nest); training and cinematic knowledge transfer (Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, Zinemaldia + Plus, Filmmakers' dialogue); and investigation, disclosure and cinematic thought (Z70 project, Thought and Discussion and Research and publications).
Andrés Di Tella (Buenos Aires) has directed the documentary short Montoneros, una historia (1995), Macedonio Fernández (1995), Prohibido (1997), La televisión y yo (2003), Fotografías (2007), El país del diablo (2008), Hachazos (2011), ¡Volveremos a las montañas! (2012) and 327 cuadernos (2015) and Ficción privada (2019), the last two of which premiered in Zabaltegi-Tabakalera. His short film Reconstruyen crimen de la modelo (1990) received numerous awards and belongs to the collection of several museums. He has also produced installations, video art pieces and performances. He was also the founder and first director of the Buenos Aires Independent Film Festival (BAFICI). In 2016 he was a member of the Horizontes Award in San Sebastian.
