“This is my first documentary and I’ve dared to make it because I know Andoni and Mugaritz well enough for it to turn out just like I wanted it to”, Pep Gatell, the director of the documentary Campo a través. Mugaritz i ntuyendo un camino said. As a member of La Fura dels Baus, Gatell began his relationship with Mugaritz because of his play, "Degustación Titus Andronicus". “Since then, the process of getting to know each other that we have gone through has led us quite naturally to this film” he explains.

Andoni Luis Aduriz will be responsible for preparing the themed dinner in which the diners will be able to learn even more about the Mugaritz philosophy. “It’s a challenge that we are really delighted about,” Aduriz explains, “Our philosophy is to permanently live in moderate discomfort.”
