Began her career at a young age alongside the director Belén Macías, with whom she starred in Mala espina (2001).
She later combined her studies with small parts as training, until co-starring in Cabeza de perro (2006), for which she landed a Goya nomination as Best New Actress. Success was just round the corner in the historical series La señora (2008-2010), a part that put the seal on her outstanding place in the profession.
From then on she appeared in several films, including El juego del ahorcado (2008), El patio de mi cárcel (2008), Castillos de cartón (2009), Lo mejor de Eva (2011) and Combustión (2013), and plays for theatre such as La casa de Bernarda Alba, under the direction of Amelia Ochandiano, and Carlos Saura’s El gran teatro del mundo.
She is presently busy promoting El tiempo entre costuras, the long-awaited series adapting the best seller by María Dueñas.
