Z365" or "Festival all year round" is the new strategic point of the Festival in which converge investigation, accompaniment and development of new talents (Ikusmira Berriak, Nest); training and cinematic knowledge transfer (Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, Zinemaldia + Plus, Filmmakers' dialogue); and investigation, disclosure and cinematic thought (Z70 project, Thought and Discussion and Research and publications).
Studied acting at the Basque Government School of Dramatic Art and has been working as a professional actor since 1983. Ramon has a long career in theatre, film and television.
His long and varied filmography includes titles such as 27 horas (27 Hours, 1986) by Montxo Armendáriz, Ander eta Yul (1988) by Ana Díez, El día de la bestia (The Day of the Beast, 1995) by Álex de la Iglesia, Hotel y domicilio (1995) by Ernesto del Río, La hora de los valientes (1998) by Antonio Mercero, Héctor (2002) by Gracia Querejeta, Frío sol de invierno (2003) by Pablo Malo, Pasos (2004) by Federico Luppi, Aupa Etxebeste! (2004) by Asier Altuna and Telmo Esnal, Trece rosas (Thirteen Red Roses, 2006) by Emilio Martínez Lázaro and Arriya (The Stone, 2010) by Alberto Gorritiberea. His latest work for cinema is Michael Haneke’s new work, Amour (2011).
