Madrid. June, 1997. The Police is trying to give the final strike to heroin traffic. The main shanty towns, where the majority of this substance is sold, are cordonned off. Due to the great pressure received, the Godfathers decide to move the market to places difficulty reachable for the police. The only way to reach those places is through "Kundas", cars that secretly break through the Police blocks to introduce drug addicts from the city into the outskirts.
