Salvador is an authentic accusing testimony, a denounciation of a paradoxical situation: A cruel and repressive government that has created the "death brigades" to confront rebels and dissidents in a guerrilla. Due to its anticommunist policies, it receives US military aid, a country where individual freedom and human rights are so valued.
