Fictitious Documentary about the journey that Orson Welles made to Rio de Janeiro in 1942 hired by President Roosevelt's goverment and due to the "good neighbour relations" policies. Welles moved to Brazil to start shooting and falls in love with the country. Due to the excessive realism and the social worries that are presented in the movie it is considered non-profitable. The film is cancelled, forcing Welles to return to Hollywood and flight of it. The name of the movie was It's all True.
