Synopsis

Sarah is passionate, excessive, too much even for those closest to her. She has dedicated her entire life to her husband and her daughter, but they are about to separate. Jack and Debbie suffer from the intensity of Sarah's feelings. In Sarah's eyes, every moment is decisive, every conversation is capable of entertaining a lifetime. Robert is a famous writer of successful books whose theme is precisely women, his books deal with single women, prostitutes, singers, night owls. But loneliness and despair are not only his favorite subjects, they are part of his own life. His commonality with Sarah is his taste for the extreme. But while Sarah will be annihilated by her thirst for sincerity and truth, Robert seeks in life the destructive fury of a life to which he finds no true meaning. In any case, Robert and Sarah are what are called two characters, who, being desperate, apprehend all the things that life offers them, with courage and with their claws.
