Z365" or "Festival all year round" is the new strategic point of the Festival in which converge investigation, accompaniment and development of new talents (Ikusmira Berriak, Nest); training and cinematic knowledge transfer (Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, Zinemaldia + Plus, Filmmakers' dialogue); and investigation, disclosure and cinematic thought (Z70 project, Thought and Discussion and Research and publications).
During the winter of 1830, a judge arrives in Saint-Girons, where he has just been appointed to that position. He arrives after a long and difficult journey, in the midst of violent peasant revolts. During the night, bands in disguise are formed, called "les demoiselles" who, dressed in women's clothes, set fires, attacking the carbonari brought by the forge masters to work. The judge will fail in his role, look for incapacity, half for lack of interest. He will end up resigning, leaving the city at the moment when a poor devil is designated as the scapegoat, sending him to Foix to be judged responsible and leader of the revolts.
