Miguel is a young man who suffers from a heart disease, which prevents him from having intercourse with his wife Ana. In order to celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary, they go to an estate, far from Madrid, where Miguel spent his childhood. A heart attack causes him to experience extremely odd and pleasant sensations. In the middle of the night, he wrestles with a man who was hanging around the house, and undergoes an ultimate heart attack.
