Synopsis
Alexandru Lapusneanu, the last descendant of the princes of Musatini, returns in 1.564 from the exile he has been banished to, after being betrayed by the nobles of Moldavia. Alexandru endeavours to create a united and centralised Moldavia, but his policy meets the opposition of a whole sector of the corrupted aristocracy.
