Paolo Passeri has to do military service, finished his career, for all of which he tries to unsubscribe, using tricks that Captain Asciutto always discovers. He wants to make him a good soldier and entrusts him with the surveillance of his wife, who has a lover: Lieutenant Baio. Paolo, in addition to being an accomplice, becomes a lover, persuaded by Rosanna. Baio, in revenge, sends anonymous to Captain Asciutto, who will unleash a whole series of events.
