PROTECTED RIGHTS
The FESTIVAL commercialises its tickets exclusively; it is therefore absolutely forbidden for unauthorised third parties to proceed with their resale, commercialisation and/or distribution in any way and/or by any means, including, but not limited to: gifts as part of sales promotions, fund collecting campaigns, draws or any other kind of commercial promotions. Said exclusivity, and the exclusivity held by the FESTIVAL with regard to all of its brands, logos, anagrams, products and activities, is protected by the laws and by the provisions contained in the laws on industrial property, intellectual property, brands and advertising, as well as by the international treaties regulating such subjects, and, especially, copyright. The FESTIVAL reserves the right to take the appropriate legal action against persons or bodies contravening said prohibition, in order to defend its rights and public image.

PRESALES
Prior to the staggered sale, the following tickets will go on presale:

The sessions at the Antonio Elorza Velodrome: Tuesday, August 20 at 10:00.

The Culinary Zinema sessions that include a thematic dinner related to the screening: Friday, August 30 at 10:00 a.m.

The Opening, Closing and Donostia Award Ceremonies: Tuesday, September 3 at 10:00.
Once the presale for the Galas and the Antonio Elorza Velodrome is sold out, tickets will go on sale on the same day of the screening (see the section “SALES ON THE DAY”).

SALES PHASES
On the 15, 16 and 17, tickets will go on sale online and at the Zinemaldi Plaza ticket desks as follows:

September 15, from 9:00 a.m.: tickets for September 20, 21 and 22.

September 16, from 9:00 a.m.: tickets for September 23, 24, 25, and remaining tickets from the previous days.

September 17, from 9:00 a.m.: tickets for September 26, 27, 28 and remaining tickets from the previous days.
From September 18, tickets will go on sale for all of the Festival dates, both online and at the Zinemaldi ticket desks.
Tickets will go on sale at all other cinemas on September 20.

SALES ON THE DAY
Tickets for the same day of a screening (including K1 Galas) can be purchased according to availability:

Every day, a limited number of tickets could also go on sale for different screenings, both online and at the ticket offices.

All seats at the San Sebastian Festival are numbered, except for the Velodrome.

Purchases are limited to a maximum of 4 tickets per screening.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Entry to the cinemas is not permitted once a screening has started.

Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless a film has been cancelled or changes have been made to the programme by the San Sebastian Festival. In this case you can ask for a refund or exchange your ticket either at the ticket office of the cinema where the film was scheduled to show or at the Zinemaldi Plaza Ticket Office.
