Our friends Wallace and Gromit aren't short on enterprising ideas. They've decided to start a window-cleaning business; but it only takes a brief encounter with the charming Wendolene, owner of the village wool shop, for Wallace's heart to falter with emotion and throw the pair of them into an avalanche of adventures. The disappearance of some sheep causes a wool shortage. Preston, Wendolene's evil dog, is the main suspect. Since Wallace is lost in love, it's up to Gromit to lead the investigation. Preston succeeds in having Gromit accused of the sheep's disappearance and being given a long prison sentence.

Diana, Countess of Belflor, is young, attractive and intelligent. Her secretary, Teodoro, is engaged to Marcela, her lady-in-waiting. Jealous of Teodore's love for Marcela, Diana punishes the lovers with separation and manipulates Teodoro, exciting and frustrating his desires at will. The heroine pulls the threads of the action, based on amorous and social conflict, with continuous ploys and tricks, false identities and a sexual anxiety restrained by hierarchical position and social respect.

Is an extremely unusual cinematographic look at a strange world governed by different physical laws. The spectator forgets his or her condition as a human being and penetrates deep into fantastic reality: the microworld of insects. The everyday life of ants, butterflies, spiders, worms, bettles and bees are shown to us from the insects' point of view.
