Google#19 - Three new approaches to the history of the Festival
Minerva Campos, Violeta Kovacsics and Aida Vallejo are the three new researchers who have recently benefited from the second call for José Ángel Herrero-Velarde grants. On the one hand, Campos is researching the Festival's relationship with the International Federation of Film Producers' Associations, the FIAPF; on the other, Kovacsics is exploring the cinema of the Transition and the challenges and difficulties faced by the San Sebastian event in those years; and finally, Vallejo is focusing on the socio-cultural history of the Festival by analysing the spaces in which it is held.
