Z365" or "Festival all year round" is the new strategic point of the Festival in which converge investigation, accompaniment and development of new talents (Ikusmira Berriak, Nest); training and cinematic knowledge transfer (Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, Zinemaldia + Plus, Filmmakers' dialogue); and investigation, disclosure and cinematic thought (Z70 project, Thought and Discussion and Research and publications).
With a Diploma in Teaching and a Degree in Pedagogy, Telmo Irureta (Zumaia), enrolled at the Taller de Artes Escénicas in San Sebastian, where he studied acting for three years. He has written and directed numerous audiovisual works and starred in short films including Robarte una noche (Fernando Vera, 2018). He also plays the lead character in the film La consagración de la primavera (The Rite of Spring, Fernando Franco, 2022), a Golden Shell contender at San Sebastian for which he landed the Best New Actor Goya.
In television, he has appeared in the series La que se avecina, playing the occasional part of Gorka, and in the EiTB programme Barre librea.
Outstanding in theatre are his monologue Toquecito minus and the piece Zutaz blai, part of the show Striptease. He is currently touring with Tanttaka in Sexberdinak, a play for which he has obtained the recognition of the Union of Basque Actors and Actresses, which gave him its Besarkada Award for Best Theatre Actor in 2022.
