Z365" or "Festival all year round" is the new strategic point of the Festival in which converge investigation, accompaniment and development of new talents (Ikusmira Berriak, Nest); training and cinematic knowledge transfer (Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, Zinemaldia + Plus, Filmmakers' dialogue); and investigation, disclosure and cinematic thought (Z70 project, Thought and Discussion and Research and publications).
Yajaira, a young Emberá, her daughter María, and Jhon, a young white boy, member of one of most-feared gangs in the centre of Bogotá, set out on a long journey by land and sea from the capital to Río Andágueda in the forests of the Pacific. While Yajaira travels with the hope of returning to the place where she grew up to shake off the demons that follow her in her dreams, Jhon is fleeing from a terrifying reality in the city. On the way they must confront their realities. Only the jungle in its immense wisdom will guide their decisions.
