Z365" or "Festival all year round" is the new strategic point of the Festival in which converge investigation, accompaniment and development of new talents (Ikusmira Berriak, Nest); training and cinematic knowledge transfer (Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, Zinemaldia + Plus, Filmmakers' dialogue); and investigation, disclosure and cinematic thought (Z70 project, Thought and Discussion and Research and publications).
The first year of high school, summer. Hodaka runs away from his home on an outlying island to come to Tokyo. Soon he has no money, but after many days of solitude, he eventually finds work as a freelance writer for a dubious occult magazine. Rain falls day after day as if taking its cue from his life. One day, though, Hodaka meets a girl in amongst the hustle and bustle of the big city. Hina is a cheerful, strong-willed girl who lives alone with her little brother due to a series of circumstances. She also has a strange power. "Hey, it's going to clear up now." Gradually the rain stops and the cityscape shines with a beautiful glow. Hina has the power to make the sky clear just by praying...
