Imanol Arias plays Vicente Ferrer, a man who chose action as the way to fight poverty, transforming the barren land of India's dry and dusty Anantapur into a fertile and productive landscape. The film focusses on the last thirty years of the Catalonian Jesuit to narrate his battle against enemies who initially seemed to be unbeatable.
