The 59th edition of San Sebastian Festival will include galas at which the TVE and ETB television channels will present their new productions for the coming season.
TVE, official sponsor of the San Sebastian Festival, will offer galas at the Victoria Eugenia Theatre at which it will present the miniseries Isabel and the production for Estudio 1, Urtain.
The first of these galas will include presentation of the “Otra Mirada” Award, an accolade highlighting films on subjects close to the world of women. A jury specially constituted for the occasion will grant the award to one of the films presented at the Festival in any of its sections. The “Otra Mirada” Award carries acquisition of the right to public communication on television of the winning film.
