Z365" or "Festival all year round" is the new strategic point of the Festival in which converge investigation, accompaniment and development of new talents (Ikusmira Berriak, Nest); training and cinematic knowledge transfer (Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, Zinemaldia + Plus, Filmmakers' dialogue); and investigation, disclosure and cinematic thought (Z70 project, Thought and Discussion and Research and publications).
The Sales Office is literally an office that sells films. It’s a platform that serves as a meeting point for buyers and sellers of films through the various tools that it offers accredited professionals to help them with their job.
It provides many services but the most popular is the videotheque, a place where sellers leave
their films so that buyers can take a look at potential purchases. The films that are in this temporary catalogue that is removed once the Festival is over form part of the following categories: Spanish and Latin American films made during the last year; films selected in the various sections of the Festival or films from the current year presented by producers who have a film being shown at the Festival. The videos of films that are taking part in one of the sections of the Festival are not available after their first screening here.
This makes the Sales Office a shop window for Spanish films as far as foreign distribution is concerned, and for foreign distributors it provides a great opportunity to buy Spanish and
Latin American films.
