Sargent Getúlio, a hit man, has been hired by a politician to kidnap one of his enemies and ordered to travel from one city to another. During the long journey, the policical scenery changes and the prisiones becomes a nuisance. The sargent, without fully understanding the produced changes, refuses to carry out the counterorders he has received.
