To illustrate the simultaneous movements of the reading heads of a tape recorder, of thought and of the earth, the development of the script will be that of a conversation between two characters: Theresa Plane and Codaca.
Sometimes the images of thought escape from the optical scene to which they are confronted. It is what is commonly called "distraction".
The subject of the conversation is Codaca's intention to leave the earth, the night, in a small gray corner. Theresa doesn't see the point, however she doesn't object. The discussion is interrupted with the game.
