Las bicicletas son para el verano
Madrid, 1936, it is summer. Luisito has failed physics and will be left without the bicycle that his parents had promised him if he passed the course. He almost convinced his father, a clerk in a winery, to buy it for him... but on July 18 the Civil War broke out. It all seems like it's going to end in a week, when in reality it lasts three years. Luis's family shares the daily life of the war with their children.
