Jean-Luc Godard receives a commission to shoot a short film about the Swiss city, and he treats the work with artistic rigor on the imagination, doing what could become a mere documentary, be it an X-ray of the city. Color planes, greys, blues, gray inhabitants, abstractions of water and sky planes. And all this is dedicated with the emotion of a filmmaker to a great film buff: Freddy Buache.
