La batalla de Chile: La lucha de un pueblo sin armas - Tercera parte: El poder popular / The Battle of Chile: Part III
Third part of La Batalla de Chile, is a documentary testimony of the events that preceeded the military coup that overthrew Salvador Allende. The film starts with the strike which in October 1972, planned from the USA, intends to paralise the country, and describes the popular reaction against it. The disruptive attempt innitially fails and the revolutionary forces have to reorganize. But soon several questions are raised: Which path to take? How to channel the popular initiative?
