Rosario lives in a pasture in Salamanca, accompanied by her family. The girl is betrothed to Rafael, mayoral of the farmhouse, but when her cousin Manuel appears, an attractive bullfighter who has triumphed in America, Rosario falls in love with him and despises the mayoral. The young girl escapes with the bullfighter to Seville, but he takes advantage of her and abandons her. Raphael, annoyed, also goes to Seville in search of the two lovers.
