The neighborhood of Miraflores, built in 1962 by its inhabitants, is the result of the effort made after the Cuban Revolution to eradicate the deprived neighborhoods, which housed part of the marginal sector of the population. In the action of the film, some real characters intervene with the actors, mixing the document and the analysis with the fiction, revealing the conflict between the cultural habits of marginalism and a new conception of life.
