In the first episode, La marée, a young man of twenty years synchronizes his watch with the rise of the tide and the romentic initiation of his cousin Julie. In Thérese Philosophe a teenager is punished to be locked up for three days in an attic. There he finds a libertine book and discovers pleasure. When fleeing his punishment, a vagabond rapes her. In Erzsébet Báthory, the bloody countess takes the girls from the neighboring villages to her castle, to participate in their orgies. Lucrezia Borgia is the fourth episode, where the incestuous relations of Lucrezia with her father and her brother are analyzed.
