A teacher, a writer and an orchestra conductor - three people, two couples - attend a fancy literary cocktail party. The writer has recently won the prize for his book Puente de Varsovia. The winner answers the journalist's questions one after the other, but is unable to come up with a synthesis of the plot of his book. They will simply have to read it. The next thing, the orchestra conductor's body decked out in scuba diving gear turns up in a burnt forest.
