The story follows Andrzej, a young doctor with a passion for jazz, a somewhat cynical persona with a carefree lifestyle. One night he meets a mysterious young woman called Pelagia with whom he spends the night playing a game of seduction full of masks, irony and mistrust. For a few hours, their relationship evolves between attraction and detachment, revealing the difficulty of establishing real ties in an environment marked by emotional uncertainty.
