Z365" or "Festival all year round" is the new strategic point of the Festival in which converge investigation, accompaniment and development of new talents (Ikusmira Berriak, Nest); training and cinematic knowledge transfer (Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, Zinemaldia + Plus, Filmmakers' dialogue); and investigation, disclosure and cinematic thought (Z70 project, Thought and Discussion and Research and publications).
After studying literature, Léa Mysius graduated from the Fémis screenwriting department in 2014. She has directed three award-winning short films selected for a number of festivals:, selected for the Cannes Cinéfondation award and for the Internacional Film Students Meeting at the San Sebastian Festival, and L'Ile jaune co-directed with Paul Guilhaume.
Ava screened in 2017 was her first feature and won the SACD price at Cannes Film Festival.
She has also written with other directors, she wrote Les Fantômes d'Ismaël with Arnaud Desplechin, the film was opening the Cannes Film Festival in 2017.
In 2018, she worked with André Téchiné and has co-written Les Ennemis, then she joined again Arnaud Desplechin for Roubaix - Une lumière and she is actually working with Claire Denis on her new screenplay.
Meanwhile, Léa is writing her second feature.
