Synopsis
Brooklyn, 1988. Crime is rife, especially related to drugs and the violence they generate. Joe has followed his father Bert?s footsteps and joined the NYPD. His brother Bobby manages a club with a Russian heroin trafficking capo among its patrons. Joe and Bert ask Bobby for information to help them arrest the Russian, but Bobby refuses to cooperate.
