John Smith is a gunslinger in the prohibition era. On the lam from the law, he winds up in Jericho (Texas), a ghost town emptied of people by warring between the Italian and Irish mafias for control of the illegal alcohol market. Smith sees a chance in the stand-off between the two gangs to get his hands on some easy cash as a hired hitman.
