Synopsis
Black teenagers Jason and Midget live in Newark (New Jersey). Their favourite pastime is shared by the whole neighbourhood: stealing cars and joyriding. Sick of arguing with his mother, Jason moves into Midget?s pad in a troubled area. Run-ins with the white cops who control the district intensify, with fatal consequences.
