Synopsis
Yancey Cravat brings his young bride Sabra to the wild Oklahoma territory and they take part in the land rush. Yancey later establishes a newspaper. When the West becomes too settled, Yancey disappears, leaving Sabra to become a successful newspaperwoman, and ultimately a politician. Yancey is later found as a down-and-outer working in the oil fields as a driller. In a last act of heroism, he is killed saving the lives of co-workers. Sabra arrives in time to embrace him before he dies.
