Z365" or "Festival all year round" is the new strategic point of the Festival in which converge investigation, accompaniment and development of new talents (Ikusmira Berriak, Nest); training and cinematic knowledge transfer (Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, Zinemaldia + Plus, Filmmakers' dialogue); and investigation, disclosure and cinematic thought (Z70 project, Thought and Discussion and Research and publications).
The story begins in the 1930's and spans three generations. Solveig, who lives in a village in the Swedish countryside, has a lifelong dream: to play Bach's Christmas Oratorio in the local church. HOwever, she dies in an accident, leaving her husband, Aron, and their son, Sidner, heartbroken. After feeling disoriented for several years, Sidner finds peace in the delicate, although somewhat eccentric, Fanny, with whom he has a son, Victor. One winter's day, Victor manages to carry out his grandmother's dream.
