Synopsis
The city, and especially its young girls, is completely terrified. A murderer, and apparently sexual maniac, is committing atrocious crimes on under-twenty-year-old girls. He always kills them the same way, an experienced piercing of the heart. Meanwhile, at the Gran Hospital, a nurse called Ana is tending her patients, and especially youths with problems.
