A certain person who knows about the incredible dirty dealings of an Austrian construction company decides to expose them. To avoid scandal, the company hires an American hitman. A body is found in a car, but it is not the one they expected. There is another killer. The police and a journalist investigate, without success. The scandal breaks, publicised by the press, and takes on municipal overtones, until it becomes a political case.
