The difficult lifestyle and the urban agresivity to which family is subjected to at the big city's suburbs, make this kids gather in bands and embrace begging, crime and prostitution as survival methods. Ciro Durán portraits this phenomenon in the film -in his opinion, one of the major problems the colombian society faces- from some particular cases.
