Synopsis
Between 1957 and 1958, 3,000 people labelled as ?rightwingthinking? by the Chinese Communist Party - largely for having expressed their opinion during the ?Hundred Flowers? period - were sent to the Jiabiangou Reeducation Camp in the Gobi desert. In 1960, the survivors were packed off to the Mingshui Annex. The film chronicles their last three months of imprisonment. Director
