Ud. acepta expresamente la inclusión de los datos recabados mediante la cumplimentación de este formulario en el fichero automatizado de datos de carácter personal antes referido, así como su publicación en la guía o guías de asistentes al Festival Internacional de Cine de Donostia - San Sebastián. Los datos solicitados en este formulario son de carácter obligatorio. Ud. podrá ejercitar respecto a los datos recabados de esta forma, los derechos reconocidos por la Ley, y en particular los derechos de acceso, rectificación o cancelación de datos y oposición, si resultase pertinente, así como el de revocación del consentimiento para la cesión de sus datos. Los derechos de cancelación, oposición y revocación del consentimiento para la cesión podrán ser ejercitados por el Usuario, y en su caso quien lo represente, mediante solicitud escrita firmada y dirigida a la dirección que aparece a pie de página.
