Use and quotation of images

License of the contents

These images are the property of the DONOSTIA / SAN SEBASTIÁN INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL S.A., which makes them available to users so that they may use them solely and exclusively under the Creative Commons "BY-NC 4.0" licence, except in those cases, which will be expressly indicated, in which the materials are subject to another type of licence.

The CC BY-NC 4.0 licence allows the use of the images with the following limitations:

• Attribution: In any exploitation of the work authorised by the licence, authorship must be acknowledged.
• Non-commercial: Exploitation of the work is limited to non-commercial use.

In any use of each image, the user must indicate the terms of the licence authorising its use and cite the source and authorship in the following terms, depending on the source of the image:

The users undertake to uphold the terms of the licence of use and not to make any use of the images that contravenes the licence of use or is against the Law or the current rules and conditions of use and the legal disclaimer of this site.

FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE CINE DE DONOSTIA / SAN SEBASTIÁN S.A will under no circumstances be responsible for the use that users of the site may make of the images and expressly reserves the power to exercise whatever actions correspond to it to demand accountability arising out of failure by a user or third parties to abide by any of the provisions of these rules and conditions of use or of the legal disclaimer of the site. The FESTIVAL may withdraw from the said user or third parties the rendering of the services to them or suspend the services rendered to them at any time without being required to give advance notice.
