Tralas luces is the tale of a trip. The trip of Lourdes, a fairground worker who travels the roads of northern Spain in a caravan with her family and their dodgems track. Years ago, the track was her greatest dream. Making our way along roads, through towns and villages, we discover a world on the verge of extinction, an itinerant life and, above all, a great story of love and loss.

Sandra Sánchez
Narón (A Coruña, 1970). Alternates her work as a director with that of editor, placing particular emphasis on the documentary genre. Tralas luces is her first documentary feature. Before this, she directed Aguiño, sobrevivir al Prestige (2003), broadcast by several international channels, and Sueños desde el abismo (2006). She was also responsible for directing the documentary series Moito mar (2001) and 112 rescate (2002), and the fiction series Rías Baixas (2003-2004), all for TVG (Galician TV).
