The Industry Club is the Festival’s Industry Department, where accredited professionals can arrange their appointments and view films. It has display stands for the advertising materials of films either completed or at the production stage. It also organises activities to foster participation and cooperation in new projects and to help open new channels of international financing and promotion for the films.

Additionally, in its endeavour to become a reference platform for the Latin American and European film worlds, in 2012 the Festival created the I Europe-Latin America Co-production Forum with a view to achieving closer ties with Latin America. Films in Progress has therefore been incorporated to the Festival Industry Department and is gaining consolidation as one of the most important activities for these professionals.

An open space has also been created where professionals can gather in a relaxed atmosphere to exchange experiences.
