VOUCHERS:

OFFICIAL SELECTION – K1

• Tickets for all afternoon and evening screenings, including galas, at the K1 of the Kursaal Centre. There are two areas for evening screenings: B and general.
• The organization will put a limited number of these tickets on sale.
  
  Bookings: 16th-20th September at the Kursaal Centre box offices from 09:00-20:00
   

TICKETS:

• Official Selection Galas: Opening, Donostia Awards and Closing from Friday 14 September at 10:30 on the Internet, Telekutxa and from the Kutxa kiosks; all other methods of purchase will be available from September 16 at 09:00.
• All other screenings: on sale through all channels from September 16 at 09:00.
• In all the ticket sales systems (Telekutxa, Kutxa kiosks, on the Internet and at all the box offices) a maximum of only 4 tickets per screening and per person can be purchased.
• Tickets for the Official Selection Zone B can only be acquired by means of the corresponding voucher.
  The organisers guarantee that a minimum number of tickets for the afternoon and evening Official Section screenings in the K1 will be put on sale as from 17:00 on the same day as the screening, at the Kursaal Centre box offices.
• Tickets put on sale on the same day as the screening can be purchased at any of the sales outlets as from 8:00.
• San Sebastián Film Festival tickets do not have seat numbers.
   

IMPORTANT WARNING

• You will not be allowed to enter the cinema once the screening has started.
   
• Once tickets have been purchased, they cannot be changed or refunded unless the Festival changes the programme or cancels the screening. In this case tickets can be refunded or exchanged at the box office of the cinema in question or at the Zinemaldi Plaza ticket stands.

KURSAAL CENTRE BOX OFFICES:

  For OFFICIAL SELECTION vouchers and purchases of LESS THAN 10 tickets:

• From September 21-29:
  Only for ticket sales for K1 and K2:
  • Official Selection opening times: 08:30-12:30 and 17:00-22:00
  • Zabaltegi Selection opening times: 09:00-12:30 and 15:30-24:00
    On the 17th, 18th and 24th the box offices will open at 8:00.

KUTXA KIOSKS:

• Internet terminals in Kutxa branches can be used to purchase tickets.
• From 10:30 on Friday 14 September for tickets to Official Selection gala screenings, and from Sunday 16 at 09:00 for all Festival screenings.
• Tickets purchased using this system must be printed at the pick-up machines.
  We recommend that they be collected before the start of the Festival.
• Method of payment: credit card only.
  
  KUTXA COMMISSION: 0.60€ PER TICKET
   

TELEKUTXA:

• By calling 943 00 12 00, as from 09:00 on September 11.
• From 10:30 on Friday 14 September for tickets to Official Selection gala screenings, and from Sunday 16 at 09:00 for all Festival screenings.
• Tickets purchased using this system must be printed at the pick-up machines. We recommend that they be collected before the start of the Festival.
  Opening hours from Monday to Sunday (except the 16th): 10:30-22:00

KUTXA COMMISSION: €0.70 PER TICKET

INTERNET:

• Through the San Sebastian Film Festival Official Website, www.sansebastianfestival.com, or the Kutxa website, www.kutxa.net.
• From 10:30 on Friday 14 September for tickets to Official Selection gala screenings, and from Sunday 16 at 09:00 for all Festival screenings.
• Tickets purchased using this system must be printed at the pick-up machines.
  We recommend that they be collected before the start of the Festival.
• Introduction of the “shopping basket” system.

VICTORIA EUGENIA BOX OFFICES:

• September 21-29
• Opening times: 9:00-13:30 and 15:30-24:00

PRINCIPAL THEATRE BOX OFFICES:

• On the 21st and 22nd of September.
  Opening hours: from 20:00 to 00:30.
• On the 29th of September.
  Opening hours: from 11:30 to 13:30 & from 15:00 to 23:30.
• Method of payment: cash and credit card.

ANTIGUO-BERRI AND PRINCIPE BOX OFFICES:

• From September 21 at the Principe and Trueba Cinemas and the 22nd at Antigu-Berri, to the 29th of September.
  Opening times: 15:30-24:00

SAN TELMO MUSEUM BOX OFFICES:

• From the 21st to the 29th of September only for purchasing tickets for screening at the Museum itself.
  Opening hours: from 10:00 to 20:00. (Except on Monday the 24th, from 15:00 to 19:00)
• Method of payment: cash and credit card.

ANTONIO ELORZA VELODROME BOX OFFICE:

• Located at the ticket office at gate number 23 at Anoeta Stadium, only for purchasing tickets for screenings on the same day.
  Opening times: from 2 hours before the start of each screening.
• Method of payment: cash and credit card

NOTE: at all cinemas, during the previous 30 minutes before each screening, priority will always be given to the sale of tickets for the immediate screening.

PRICES

VIEWER DISCOUNT:

A discount of 25% will be applied to purchases of 10 tickets or over:
 

• Discount ONLY valid for screenings costing €7.00.
• Applies to all channels of sale and box offices, except the San Telmo Museum.
   

KUTXABANK GAZTE CARD (Gaztekutxa, BBK26 and Vital Gazte)

When you buy tickets with this card, you can benefit from a 50% discount on the price of each ticket, except for Galas in the K1 and screenings at the Antonio Elorza Velodrome.

You will also only pay 1.00€ for films with subtitles in Basque.
